Food protocol question!
In your book, you wrote about eating -2 to 2. I know that intermittent fasting is something that you’ve been working on post that book,.. Do you still recommend eating -2 to 2. I am trying to eat fewer times a day(2-3), and I find that sometimes I am half way through my meal when I get to 2. I find myself hungry about four hours later. Is there any value to eating more during those meals so that Im not super hungry in the interm period.
