Hi! I am working on weight loss and anxious to get a handle on things! I consider myself very resilient since I have been learning and trying to lose #20 for three years. I gained the weight after my divorce. I have lost about 10# and I am going to loose 15 more. I am fasting between 11-7 or 12-8. I find myself getting hungry between 9:30 and 10:30 and again at 3. Should I sit with this theses feeling? Is it ok to snack in the afternoon? Looking for guidance. Thanks!
