Hi Brooke, My goal for September is to follow my protocol every day (a little nervous about it since I went way off track this summer). The first week I will be on a medical mission trip to another country where the meals are all provided for us. I’m working on figuring out how to do this without knowing the food options in advance, and my thought was to create a more general protocol e.g. protein and fat for breakfast, protein/fat/veggie for lunch, etc. and plan some exceptions in advance once I get there if there is a particular local food I want to try. What do you think? Thanks!
