Title basically says it all. I am starting a food protocol with no sugar and no flour allowed, but now I am wondering if rice and corn are okay.
I know that corn tortilla chips are really addictive, so I imagine that even if those are theoretically okay, I should ban them in my own personal protocol. But what about other corn products?
As for rice, should I stick to only brown rice instead of white rice? I imagine that either of those are fine but I wanted to make sure!
I am also banning fruit that isn’t planned 24 hours in advance. Do you think it would be wiser for me to eliminate fruit from my diet completely? I, unlike Brooke, LOVE fruit, which unfortunately makes me think that I should probably not include it in my protocol.
