Is sausage OK — like bratwurst, pork sausage, hot dog?
Question about Brooke’s salads — the 8 oz. lunch veggies/salad and the 14 oz. dinner veggies/salad. That’s a lot of lettuce! Do you have part lettuce and part other types of veggies?
This is probably from diet mentality, but I am wondering about the starchy vegetables like potatoes and corn. If I have corn for dinner, 8 oz. is a lot – would I then also have a potato or another vegetable? Is it OK to have starchy veggies often or is it better to just have them once in a while?
