In one of Brookes trainings, she poses the question, “what would you miss out on if you could only have two stardust bars a day?”
As I was writing out my answer, one of the things that came up for me was the feeling of anticipation of a meal – like excitement if it’s something that I’m really looking forward to.
The thought of not feeling excitement towards food sounds boring to me. Like what’s the point of eating then?
Can you please help me process through this?
