Food urges


I think this is the first time I have sat with food urges. It is weird to not indulge in them. But I remember a convo Brooke had recently and my interpretation was whatever you practice you will get better at. So, if you keep eating based on urge you will get good at that, if you don’t eat the thing you crave but eat something else, that is what you get good at. And so here I sit with the urge and I can feel a calming happening. A presence growing.
