Forming a plan to NOT indulge in an emotion lh

First, thank you so very much for your response to my last question about photos from my 20’s. Something inside me gasped and let go with your suggested replacement thoughts. Now when the regret comes I use one of the replacement thoughts and I feel taller with space around me. I began to celebrate that younger woman. Thanks, Brooke.

This month, back in week 2 we were planning how NOT to indulge in an emotion. Can’t figure out what that might look like. Panic, worry, overwhelm are three of mine. Suggestions to help me start learning how to craft plans please.
