I started and stuck with a coaching business for 18 months. It was a side business ( I have a FT job in Learning and Development). I made my goal profit numbers every month but I really didn’t like the entrepreneur side. I absolutely love coaching, planning, writing and delivering coaching and learning programs. If I could do that all day long, I would! My problem is that I’m making my dislike of entrepreneurship mean that I’ve failed and unsure where to go from here. I’m having a hard time creating a model for this. Can you help?
