Hi coaches,

I’ve been working according to the Monday Hour Done model for a couple of weeks now, but I don’t understand what I’m supposed to do during Friday Hour Done. I know I am to write down three open items and three successes and celebrate them. What does celebrate them mean? It feels like a lot to spend 1h on this. Last week it took me about 15 minutes, and it felt like something was missing.
