Friday hour done

Hello, a quick question please. I have been using Monday Hour One successfully for a few months now & love it, learning constantly & improving. It has really changed my relationship with time, with my calendar, and with how I set goals. It has also meant I’m resting more!

However, I feel that I’m not really using Friday Hour Done in a way that serves me. It feels a little ‘add on’ which I do usually for a few min before I start Monday Hour One. And I feel I do it just ‘to do it’, without my heart being in it.

Any ideas & suggestions on how to make it meaningful? Is it best to keep these two times separate? (as so far I just lump them both together). In case it’s relevant, I usually do all my weekly planning on Sundays.
