Hello there coaches,
I have been stuck in certain areas of my life for so long that it’s a place of familiarity and dare I say comfort. Its feels scary to move forward because in the movement I’m becoming a different person. Still in the 50/50, but it seems like a new experience.

T: I’m so used to being stuck/ I always remain stuck.
A: Hang my head, lose momentum, sit quietly, eat, wonder around, divert focus from goals and project
R. Remain stuck and cultivate “stuckness”
I just gained some awareness that I’m used to being this person whose brain likes to stay stuck.
I want to become the person whose brain likes productive action and forward progress to accomplish goals.
