Frustrated by thoughts


Hi,

So I have been heavily numbing for a while now. Mostly with my phone, as with scrolling, listening to things, watching. Now over last 2 days I have been of my phone and what I have realised is that my mind comes up with some really insane thoughts. It is at moments frustrating catching myself thinking some things. Like, seriously? Being present takes work, but I want to do it. Any pointers?
