I think the joy/treat food idea is messing with my head. Maybe you can help me figure it out?
I just feel like if I’m going to be doing this, then I don’t want a cupcake to get in my way of my progress. The goal here is to remove my “desire/joy/entertainment” from food anyway….. so why would I even consider even planning it?
Then I thought to myself…”Well, if I plan a joy food maybe it will make me less likely to overeat or binge. So maybe I should do it for that sake.”
Would planning a joy food help keep me from overeating/binging? Or is this just another fear driven thought.
