Hi Brooke! I just began in scholars and am so excited to begin this journey. Quick question regarding the Stop Overeating plan. I’m watching the videos and heard you say that your plan is partially based on the Food Addicts meal plan. I googled theirs and see that they promote a lot of low-fat dairy (yogurt, i.e.). I’m assuming that all the foods listed on your plan are full fat, and we should regulate this by stopping eating when satiated (!). Is this correct? Should we be avoided low-fat anything?
