Through my work with Scholars, I’ve come to the realisation that I’ve never fully committed to my career and I’ve just been waiting for something better to come along, without actively doing anything to achieve that. I now realise that is very indulgent behaviour and I’ve made the decision to fully commit to my career and learn to be happy in it, and then I can decide if I want to keep doing it.

Can you give me some tips on starting this process? Setting some career based goals and working towards them (I haven’t really had any concrete goals before, just vague thoughts of what I “should” be aiming for)?

Are there any materials on SCS that would be particularly useful for me to study?
