I’m in a funk. Just today. Normally I’m productive, engaged, active etc. But today, I’m not. I’m not feeling motivated, a few things related to work are challenging, my computer just crashed, my website is having issues.

I imagine “I’m in a funk” goes in T line.

Some days, when many things in a row don’t seem to go your way, what do you suggest? Meditate? sit and feel the feeling of being in a funk before moving on to more productive thoughts?

Re frequency – this only occasionally happens – perhaps twice a year.
