I just watched the Future Self Workshop with Janet. First off, Janet, you are awesome. Thank you for sharing your age (70). I am 72 y/o and I almost didn’t want to watch this one because of the same thoughts you brought up in the workshop. I have done some models with coaches and they have helped, but I am wondering if there are any Podcasts, etc. that deal with the issue of age and my constant thought response of “it’s too late” to start this now. I have even applied this thought to the Life Coach Certification program. Suggestions?
