Hellllllo Brooke, When engaging in Future Self work, how do you like to actually go about it? Like, write a letter to my current self, but in the first person, as my Future Self? Or just describe her? Some other actual exercise for this work? Well, I guess I have come a long way in my time in Scholars because I am on to myself and my useless confusion here – so I’ll pick one and try anyway, but still want to know what you and/or whichever lovely coach is answering does think. <3
