Gaining Muscle


Hi there!

I just went through all of the overeating videos, and I was wondering what protocol and what tools does Brooke recommends to gain muscle?

I know for maintaining/losing she recommends fasting, no sugar/flour, and 2 meals with 4oz protein, heavy carbs/veggies and 3 tablespoons of fats/oils. So, I was wondering what she would recommend if someone was looking to build muscle after they’ve reached their goal weight.
