Gaining weight back


I have gained back some weight.
I weight 67kg.
I don’t want to think it is a problem or pity myself over it.
I don’t want to feel ashamed of my body anymore.
I don’t want to do another diet.
I actually want to gain muscle which will make me gain weight.
But those few kilos are not muscle. I know because I had Covid and didn’t move as much and didn’t train as much. I feel a bit of fat on my belly.
So I’m ok to gain weight to gain muscle, but not fat …

Sorry I don’t really have any question. I just don’t want to feel ashamed and hate my body anymore.
