Gave in to urges big time…


I just “fell off the wagon” in a big way… for the first time over the past two months that I have been in scholars I binged. Not horribly, but I just sort of said threw in the towel and indulged in eating junk food. I have been so good about not giving in to urges. In the past, I always gave up after every “giving in” — which happened nearly daily so as you might guess, I never made progress. With Scholars, I am down 5 pounds of the last 15 I am trying to lose. It’s been a big deal to me as I have not lost 5 pounds in 10 years of trying. Do I just forget about the binge and start again tomorrow?
