Yesterday I practiced feeling confident. Confident of producing results even when I had the stomach flu. I went ahead and generated a **calm** feeling of certainty that I could do everything that was on my calendar. The thought or sentence that I came up with was “I can be 80% (actually I was more like 60%!) and still produce 100% of the results”. Worked like a charm!
Today, I am a little stumped. I want to feeling more of an energetic quality to my confidence, while still feeling under the weather. My brain says “hmmm, yeah good luck with that!”. Any advice for when your mind is not on board with the thing you want to generate? Should I not try and opt for something different? Or should I try and make it an experiment?
