Get back on track


Hello there,

I think I am in the middle of an identity shift, because I can feel a new version of myself, I can see the transformation, I am much more aware, I can take responsibility and so on. But now I’ve had a little set back. I can recognize that is part of the process, and that I have to keep going. I just want to know any tools on how to quickly get back on track? I am currently feeling so indifferent, like I don’t want to do anything… but I know that I’ll regret not doing what I need to do. I want to show up no matter what, I want to stay accountable and coachable. How can I do that?
