My husband has had a crazy deadline for the last month and is working around the clock. Hes usually the person I hang with and have fun with. Since he’s been so busy Im experiencing a lot of boredom, not necessarily inspired to do anything (besides eat), which I am choosing not to do because its not on my protocol. Wow is it so hard to be with boredom + an urge. Its been happening so much I just want to cry. Help! Lol
