Getting more than enough


I’m craving a specific kind of fruit and am really struggling with that. One of the thoughts/ideas that came to my mind was to buy a lot and then eat them all in one sitting or eat it often daily. I think it would help me learn that it’s always available, I am not limiting myself, and I don’t have to be in scarcity mode. I also think that my body may be craving the vitamin that is in that fruit. Once I get enough of it, I will stop wanting it/craving it just like I do with other food that I allow myself to eat without feeling guilty. Can you analyze what I wrote in detail?

As I am typing this, I also understand that it sounds wrong and it’s not what I expect to get here, but it feels like I just want a confirmation that my idea is ok to do and permission to do it. It’s so weird…
