Getting Organized at Work and at Home/ Time Management


I have recently signed up for Self-Coaching Scholars as of Mid-August. I really haven’t spent much time putting the work in and am having a hard time focusing on one subject at a time. On top of this, I have started a new position at work with more responsibility as a Spa Supervisor and am always trying to get all my tasks done at once instead of one at a time. I started working on the Time Management section but like everything else, I start working on it and drift away from it by having a sloppy schedule at work and at home. What would be a first step for me to start making the most of my time spent working and making sure that I also have time at home for my self-coaching, gym, cleaning and meal prepping as I work 40 plus hours a week?
