I started the overeating program last Thursday, incorporating a four hour eating window, and no sugar and flour. Last night I was sick to my stomach, including some throwing up. My husband was afraid that this is a result of this new eating routine. Would that be a side effect of making such a drastic change or just a coincidence? I feel like it was probably a coincidence but wanted to get your input. I’m going to eat a bit more frequently today to make up for ending up with nothing in my stomach yesterday and then continue with the schedule I started with after a day or so. Does that sound like a good way to proceed?
