Getting things done


Hi Brooke,

I don’t get things done, I am constantly planning and keeping the sense of urgency until I figure how to do a task, but then once I figure it out, I just slow myself down thinking I have lot of time and never get to complete things. Could you please help with intentional model I can have here to help me overcome this behavior.

C: Completing task
T: I have lot of time to do this
F: Relaxed
A: I don’t complete a task to it’s completing and keep exploring creative ways to do the task
R: I don’t get things done
