Getting to 50-50


My life feels mostly negative emotion, at least 90%. I’ve been working at allowing all the emotions but they are not shifting. Mainly I feel sad worried or a sense of failure or despair. I cannot remember feeling joyful or happy for a long time, even on vacation. I can create positive emotions like determination, but not things like joy. I worry something is wrong with me because I’m so far from 50-50. How do I know when to change circumstances or see a physician?
