Getting up at 5 am


I did a thought download on this and it was revealed to me that I feel scared to get up at 5 am because I feel like I will be so tired at the end of my work week.

I feel stuck in creating an intentional model on this.

C Getting up by 5am

T I want to get up at 5am to maximize my time and get an early start.

F Scared, Fear

A I resist and come up with excuses as to why it wont work

R I dont accomplish what I could in a day. I stay far away from it.
