I am on a transformative journey of making healthier choices for myself. I lost 34 lbs in the last 3.5 months and I am heading back to work tomorrow. (I was being laid off from the job and just got called back). I used to wake up at 7 am to go to work but now I want to start waking up at 5:30 AM which allows me to do 1 hr of exercise before work. This is something I want to start doing now. The thing is I am worried if my action will bother my family members (waking them up and I am worried about being seen as a weirdo as nobody in my family wakes up that early). It’s not something they are used to.
