Giving Too Much First Session Customer


Hi Brooke,

I wonder what your take is about how much to give on the first coaching session to a client.
On one hand, blogs recommend to tease at the solution you are offering but not put the whole load and everything you know on the first session. On the other hand, it seems to me it stems from fear that the customer might not purchase additional sessions, which is never a good thought to have.
Do you recommend balancing how much to give the first time or give everything you have to offer no matter what?
