Giving self space


I’ve heard Brooke say “Give yourself the space to hear your own answer”. I’m wondering what she means by this. For example if I ask “what am I going to do now?”…do I sit in quiet and wait for the answer, do I journal; do I get on with my life? Is it the little whispers that come into my mind? How do I keep it the question in my mind? How do I know what is my real answer?
I find if I get busy the questions disappears from my mind and I don’t think about it and then never hear my answers.
