I have been dressing and doing my best to show up more as myself this month. My friends challenged me to hit publish on my podcast. Three episodes were created last year but I was too chicken to hit publish. The Dares got me going and the encouragement from my friends helped give my thoughts an extra boost. I thought to myself I’m being dramatic about clicking buttons on a screen. The podcasts already exist. The scariest part is over. They dared me to either hit publish or post a shame video on Instagram. Ha! I love a challenge.

Well, the New Glam Gal podcast is published and awaiting approval on itunes. So grateful for this work and a little help from my friends.
