Goal for April

I just wanted to check to see if I am going about the April focus/planning the right way. My constraint focus for the year has been weight loss. Can I make that focus more specific for April, say 8 lbs for the month along with 5 self care activities that also support my well being . Then back in the actions needed for staying on protocol, (shopping for & preparing food, food journal ) plus walking in the pool 2x a week, pilates 2x a week, meditation each day, putting out all my meds and vitamins for the week in pill boxes to know I’ve taken them etc? Is this narrow enough? specific enough? related to my overall 100 lbs impossible goal for the year? I also have been working on slowly decluttering my house. Should I just put hour blocs of time for that , only if there are enough available spots left from weight loss activities? thanks
