Dear coach, this is my first month in Scholars. I set a goal for the month (“measurable result I want to achieve this month”) to not make decisions out of fear of negative emotions. I want to get to a place where I’m not afraid to feel any negative emotions anymore.
However, this goal feels huge and totally not believable at the moment.
I am thinking to make it the result of the year instead.
What would be a good goal for the month then? Also, what are your thoughts in general about this?
