I am hoping you can help me, I am in the process of doing or have done the goal setting, doing the impossible etc work..
I am looking for support in how to apply the lessons if my goals are I want to be more confident and I want to be less anxious…Brooke talks about making them measureable…and I guess I am looking for help to see what are the right questions to ask myself on these two goals, to get a measurable outcome as I am challenged to define for myself what “more” confident is and “less” anxious is….your help is greatly appreciated …
