Goal Size and Impossible Goal

I am reaching out to get clarification around two questions I have associated with goals.

Question 1: Is the idea of setting the ‘goal for 31 days’ to only focus on working toward this goal and not working on our impossible goal for the first 31 days ?

The goal I have in mind for the first 31 days is to increase my energy. The metrics that I have to measure whether I am creating energy are the following
1. I am meditating 3 times a week for 10 mins
2. I am exercising at least 3 times a week
3. I am eating vegetables with 1 of my meals at least 4 times a week

Question 2: Is reaching to achieve these three metrics in 31 days too big of a goal ? If it is, is the recommended goal for the first 31 days to choose and focus on 1 metric ?

This question came to me as I was listening in on the coaching class at 2 CT today. Brooke offered to one scholar to only focus on reading the bible instead of both reading the bible and drinking more water.
