Goal Weight


I am watching the videos for Stop Overeating and notice that whenever anyone states their goal weight, Brooke asks them how tall they are and then suggests that they go for a lower goal weight so they can experience the discomfort of aiming for that lower goal.

I would like to set myself a challenging and uncomfortable goal weight. I am 176cm tall and weigh 185Lb (down 81lb from my starting point at 266lb). My lowest adult weight was 168lb.  Is there a suggested goal weight for someone my height or is it just a weight that is lower than I currently think is possible?
