Goal Weight 5’51


Hi,

Going through the overeating workshop.

I want to double check my goal weight.

Currently 141 pounds, my initial thought was 120 pounds, Brooke says it should feel uncomfortable so i went to 110 pounds.

But i’m not sure if that is reasonable, i have never weighed close to that and am wondering if it is too skinny, or if that is just my resistance??!!??
