Goal Weight Help


Hi Brooke, I have been watching the Overeating training and I notice that you suggest more extreme goal weights than most would have for themselves and I wanted to ask for myself. I am 5’4” and I currently weigh 165lbs. I don’t have an exact number I want to get to because I don’t remember what I looked and felt like at my smaller weight because it’s been so long since I’ve been there. I was skeleton thin in high school, only getting to 100 pounds just before graduation and that was a big deal because I ate whatever I wanted to and never gained anything. That eventually caught up with me in my early 20s when I started gaining weight slowly but consistently, putting on 5-10 pounds consistently each year for almost a decade. I know I don’t want to get too skinny because I genuinely don’t miss those days but obviously I need to lose. I was thinking that I would see what I look and feel like at 130 pounds and go from there. What are your suggestions? Thanks, Angelique
