Goal weight and what to tell mom

I’m ready to hear my goal weight. I am 40 and 5’7″. I weigh 170 as of today.
From what I’ve read below, you are going to tell me something below 140. If I go below 140, my mom is going to start whining to me about having an eating disorder (her go to response when she sees something losing weight).
What would be an example of how to work a model around that?
I am new as of August and just finished listening to the overeating info. So excited to be here!
