I’ve been struggling with goal setting. Can you please direct me to resources that can help explore what I want…I feel like I don’t have any goals. I am okay with where I am, but I feel that this way of thinking is deterring me from evolving. I am way too comfortable.
I am working on managing my mind and feeling feelings. This has been amazing for me but I have been struggling with the idea of a goal, yet alone impossible goals. How does one figure out their purpose and goals?
