I recently had a family event and my goal for a dress I wanted to wear looked amazing. Now, this is when I tend to sabotage all my efforts….when there is nothing to “work towards.” I feel like I need something to strive for to push me.
A win for me would be to be able to maintain or continue to drop inches etc without an “end goal.” I don’t know where to begin. I seem to work well under pressure!
I also need to focus on maintaining a healthy relationship with food and not want to indulge in alcohol now that summer vacation is coming.
Help!
