I’ve always been goal oriented and set stretch goals for myself regarding my career. Lately I have reached all of those goals. I love my job/business more than I expected and have exceeded what I believed earning potential to be.

I have thoughts at this point that my main way of further increasing my revenue is to work more hours. I could take on additional employees but am not sure I want the responsibility. I’m fairly happy and satisfied with where I am right now.

My struggle is, should I be content and enjoy this level of success or should I continue to try to grow my business?
