I have been no flour no sugar except for 1 exception eat per week for 8 months. I eat 2 meals a day and IF for roughly 16-20 hours. my weight loss has plateaued. I feel like it takes me a lot of food to feel full to the recommended fullness level so I am concerned I am consuming too many calories per meal. I know we do not count calories on this program, but going by the hunger scale is no longer leading to weight loss. do you have any suggestions?
