I keep going to bed at 1, 2, 3 in the morning. I want to go to bed at 10pm but things happen every night and I end up in bed at the same hours no matter what I do.
My family likes to watch a movie each night but we get it started at like 9pm. Which isn’t my bedtime yet but the movie will end after my bedtime. I think, that’s ok. I’ll still get to bed before midnight. But then I end up staying up until the usual times. What is happening? How do I break this crazy cycle?
