My compelling reason for losing 17 lbs (that I’ve been trying to lose for years) is also what is perfect about this problem! I have been trying for so long to lose this weight and it has been the defining struggle of the last 7+ years of my life. My compelling reason: once I lose this weight, I will have a deep sense of accomplishment and confidence and I will be unstoppable at moving towards my goals.
I know that I “could” feel confidence and accomplishment now…but does that not make it a valid compelling reason? It feels compelling to me, but I’m not sure. Thanks
