Good Fats-servings? Nuts vs. Nut butter. Half-and-half?


I see serving sizes for the proteins but not the fats- are we to limit fats or how am I to think of them?
I crave almond butter listed as a fat (mine is made from ground up almonds), but almonds/nuts are listed as a protein with the amount being 2 oz. (can you clarify?).
Also under fats heavy cream is listed but I use 1/2 & 1/2 which has almost the same fat content but is less expensive for organic, and I add coconut oil to it (but half-and-half is not listed so not sure if I’m “off” on this).
